Tottenham Hotspur youngster Troy Parrott was given his marching orders in our U23 match against rivals Arsenal yesterday evening. His actions have certainly sparked a reaction from Spurs fans.
The highly-rated Dubliner, who is just 16, signed his first professional contract with the club during the summer and was shown a straight red card in the 2-1 defeat at the Emirates. The decision came after pushing an Arsenal player to the ground.
Parrott can be forgiven for letting the occasion get the better of him considering his young age and the opposition we were facing.
Over 500 Spurs fans were there to watch the match which saw us go 2-0 down, before Jaden Brown pulled back on a consolation goal in injury time.

Troy Parrott just got the most needless red card ever for pushing a player after a bit of a scuffle. Safe to say the derby atmosphere got the better of him!
