Hugo Lloris has opened up when he heard the news that Gareth Bale had returned to Tottenham Hotspur in an interview with Sky Sports’ Adam Smith.
The French international previously played with Bale for one year during the 31-year-old’s first stint in White Hart Lane before he made the switch to Real Madrid in 2013.
Lloris admitted that there has been a lot of excitement around the club following the Welshman’s arrival on a season long loan deal and is returning with the right mentality.
The Spurs captain shared that he has spoken to Bale and believes that he brings a lot of positive energy and is happy to be back at the club and part of the project going forward.
