Jermaine Jenas has shared his opinion on the relationship between Jose Mourinho and Gareth Bale.

The former Tottenham midfielder believes that Bale will be respected by the Portuguese given his track record as being a serial winner at Real Madrid which puts him on the same level as the head coach.

Jenas claimed that the conversation which Bale and Mourinho will have will be different to that of Dele Alli or any other young player who is looking to push forward with their career and enjoy the success which the 31-year-old did in the Spanish capital.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, Jenas stressed that there will be no issues between Mourinho and Bale, with the Welshman being the person who will dictate the conversation.

Fans will be hoping that Bale is fit enough to feature against West Ham tomorrow afternoon.
