Video: Mourinho provides injury update on Kane, Sissoko and Bergwijn

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Jose Mourinho has revealed that Harry Kane, Moussa Sissoko and Steven Bergwijn are all no longer injured.

Kane has not featured for Spurs since tearing his left hamstring in the Premier League match against Southampton on New Year’s Day, with Sissoko also picking up a knee problem in the same encounter which left the pair requiring surgery.

Bergwijn suffered a significant ankle sprain during the draw at Burnley early last month which saw him miss the second leg of the Champions League exit at the hands of RB Leipzig.

While Mourinho admitted the trio have recovered from their respective injuries, he warned it is another thing for them to be ready to return to first-team action.

Spurs stopped holding group training sessions at Hotspur Way in late March with players instead participating in online workouts from the comfort of their own home (Evening Standard).

The Portuguese claims that if the remaining matches are played this season it would be good for football and awaits news on when his side can train together once more.
