The Oakland Raiders and the Chicago Bears became the first two teams to play an NFL game at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium yesterday evening.
The first American Football match was scheduled to take place in North London twelve months ago only for construction delays to force the game to be moved to Wembley.
Those who were in attendance will certainly agree that the wait was worth it, there was also an impressive LED light show that took place on the synthetic playing surface of the 62,062 capacity seater stadium.

The NFL agreed a ten-year partnership with Tottenham to host two games a season at their new home, the second of which will take place on Sunday between the Carolina Panthers and the Tampa Bay Bucaneers.
The light show was very impressive and begs the question why Spurs have not utilised the technology in the stadium ahead of evening matches.
