Video: Pundit shows lack of knowledge with his Pochettino prediction

Mauricio Pochettino’s future at Tottenham Hotspur has been the subject of plenty of discussion in the media following the club’s poor start to the new season (Sky Sports).

Spurs have already been embarrassed by Bayern Munich and Colchester United in cup competitions and have only managed to win three of their opening eight Premier League matches.

Former Liverpool defender Steve Nicol has claimed that the Barcelona job is the most likely next destination for the 47-year-old ahead of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Manchester United and the Argentina national team.

Nichol’s claim is somewhat laughable and has exposed his lack of homework after Pochettino already ruled out ever the prospect of ever managing the Catalan giants due to his loyalty to his former club and rivals Espanyol (Guardian).

Pochettino has already insisted that he has no plans to walk away from his job in North London and still hopes to be in charge of the club in five years’ time (talkSPORT).
