Former Blackburn Rovers and Birmingham City midfielder Robbie Savage has claimed that he is not impressed by what he’s seen from Tottenham Hotspur under Jose Mourinho so far.
Mourinho was unable to stop his side from losing 2-0 at home to former employers Chelsea in one of the most disappointing displays of the season.
Savage has questioned whether Mourinho is capable of bringing silverware to Tottenham after having already lost to Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Chelsea since becoming head coach in North London.
The former footballer revealed that he would like to have seen Pochettino keep his job for the remarkable work he did whilst in charge which included the club’s first appearance in the Champions League final.
