Ryan Sessegnon has spoken for the first time about his move to Tottenham Hotspur after completing his switch from Fulham.
The 19-year-old moves to North London for an undisclosed fee, with Fulham revealing that it is a ‘record sale’ for the Championship club which also sees Josh Onomah head to Craven Cottage.
Sessegnon sat down with Spurs TV after making the move to North London and admits that it is the right time for him to join the club and believes that the side has the potential to win trophies.
The England Under-21 international also admitted that it is time for him to learn what it means to play for the club and to work hard to earn his place in the team.
Sessegnon made 35 appearances in the Premier League for the Cottagers last season (Spurs official).
"I think it's the right time for me to come here – an exciting team for me to join."
