Video: Sky claim Spurs have agreed a deal in principle; one player set to depart

Sky Sports are reporting that Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton have agreed deals in principle for Pierre-Emile Højbjerg and Kyle Walker-Peters.

A deal for Højbjerg has been agreed for a fee of £15million while Walker-Peters will make his move to the south coast on a permanent basis for £12million, both transfers are being treated as separate deals.

The Spurs academy graduate who joined the Saints on loan in January has particularly impressed with his performances following the resumption of the Premier League campaign.

The Telegraph reported earlier this evening that a deal appeared to be on the brink of being completed with Sky’s report making the deal at a more advanced stage.
