Former Blackburn Rovers and Leicester City midfielder Robbie Savage has tipped Tottenham Hotspur to win the Premier League title this season
Jose Mourinho’s side took top spot in the table following yesterday’s impressive 2-0 victory against Manchester City.
Savage backed up his bold claim by reiterating his track record having in the past two seasons correctly tipped Manchester City to take the crown in September 2018 while also backing Liverpool in September 2019 to lift their first Premier League trophy.
The former Welsh international believes that Mourinho has a better squad at his disposal at Tottenham compared to when he guided Manchester United to a second place finish during his time at Old Trafford.
