Tottenham Hotspur’s social media team have performed a stroke of genius with one of their Tweets on the club’s official Twitter page.

Spurs booked their place in the Champions League semi final on Wednesday night following an away goals victory against Manchester City.

The goal which proved to be crucial was Fernando Llorente’s effort which after VAR review was awarded, despite claims from Pep Guardiola that the ball had hit the Spaniard’s arm on the way into the back of the net.

The reality was that the ball actually hit Llorente’s hip and ended up in the bottom corner of Ederson’s net.

Up stepped the Spurs Twitter admin with the caption of ‘shoot from the hip’ with a pair of suspect eyes.
