Video: Spurs share footage of Sunday’s firework display at new stadium

Tottenham Hotspur have shared footage of the impressive firework display that took at the stadium last Sunday.

The pyrotechnics were part of the half time show to mark the first time an NFL game has been played at the 62,062 capacity seater stadium when the Oakland Raiders beat the Chicago Bears.

The half time show featured fellow Spurs fan, musician AJ Tracey who performed his singles ‘Lo(V/S)er’ and ‘Ladbrooke Grove’.

A second game will be hosted at the venue in N17 this Sunday when the Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers do battle.

Spurs agreed a 10-year partnership with the NFL to host a minimum of two games a year over a ten-year period (Guardian).

Tottenham also marked the opening of the ground with a stunning firework display when the stadium officially opened its doors for the visit of Crystal Palace in the Premier League back in April.
