The Tottenham players were back on the training pitch at Hotspur Way this morning ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League match against Red Star Belgrade.
After the disappointing performance against Watford on Saturday the focus now turns to a crucial match in Group B.
Tottenham currently find themselves in third place with just a point from their opening two fixtures while tomorrow’s opponents are second with three points following their victory against Olympiacos in match day two.
Anything less than a victory for Mauricio Pochettino’s side could prove to be catastrophic to their hopes of qualification considering they must next travel to Red Star in what is always a difficult fixture for opponents.
Christian Eriksen was back training with the group after missing the Watford fixture with a dead leg he sustained on international duty.
Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon also took part in the session while Japhet Tanganga was doing individual work away from the group.
A bit of a slip from Ryan Sessegnon while training alongside Giovani Lo Celso. Watch that hamstring young man! He looked suitably embarrassed afterwards. pic.twitter.com/VibCRsAxHf
