The final panel has been fitted to the exterior veil of the new Tottenham Hotspur to complete what has been a monumental effort by the contractors.
It now means that all 4.801 of the panels are now in place, fitted to modular frames which are affixed to the rear of all four sides of the stadium.
The panels were manufactured in Germany, with certain panels having the ability to illuminate at night to add a visual effect to the 62,062 seater ground. While the exterior of the project is practically complete, fans are eager for the club to provide a further update on whether the stadium will open this season.
After tomorrow’s game against Arsenal at Wembley, the location of our remaining home fixtures for the current campaign is unknown.
