Video: Time-lapse shows progress at new Spurs stadium

A new piece of time lapse footage has been released which shows the progress which has been made to the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium between January 1st and January 12th.

The exterior of the east stand seems to be the primary focus of the work with the whole side of the stadium still waiting for the panels to be fitted. However, this work is purely cosmetic and should not impact any potential opening date.

The club announced earlier this week that their £850m new home will not be ready to use in February, with fixtures having been moved to Wembley Stadium.

Spurs fans are eagerly awaiting another update from Daniel Levy on whether we will actually see football played at our new home this season, with many supporters having bought season tickets at the start of the campaign based on this promise.
