Jamie O’Hara has expressed his concern at the current situation at Tottenham Hotspur.

The former Spurs midfielder believes that Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen are both unhappy in what is currently an unsettled squad and missed the opportunity to bolster their squad.

O’Hara pinpointed the failure to sign a striker and a replacement right-back in place of Kieran Trippier as a problem whilst claiming that Kyle Walker-Peters is not ready to fill the void.

With Jan Vertonghen yet to play a minute of Premier League football this season and Eriksen finding himself on the bench for two of the opening three matches, O’Hara claimed that Mauricio Pochettino is not playing his best eleven.

Spurs now face a trip to the Emirates to face Arsenal in the North London derby on Sunday where supporters will be demanding nothing less than a performance where the players will press, show some creativity and ensure the bragging rights are ours.

  1. Our problem at Spurs is our manager who is picking the wrong team and he has been doing this since the end of last season , the best defender in the league who can`t get into the Spurs side is a disgrace , Eriksen who is crying every match about leaving needs kicked out he is disruptive to the rest of the team players , Lamela is a poor player by a long standard , Peters is far to weak , Sanchez is another poor defender , and now any manager worth his salt who is making the best defender in the league unhappy and considering transferring him needs shot , make sure Verttonghen stays at Spurs and he returns to first team ……
