Tottenham Hotspur may not have signed a player in two transfer windows but the players who are at the club showed they have the heart and spirit which money cannot buy after a dramatic evening in Amsterdam.

Down 3-0 on aggregate at half time. Mauricio Pochettino brought on Fernando Llorente for the second half and the more direct route certainly paid off with Lucas Moura scoring a memorable hat-trick to etch his name in Spurs history.

Moura’s injury time goal created amazing scenes in the away end at Johan Cruyff Arena. It is glory, glory Tottenham Hotspur.
