Watch: Vincent Janssen nets first hat-trick since leaving Tottenham

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen has netted his first hat-trick since leaving the club.

The Dutch international departed North London in the summer when he completed a switch to Mexican side Monterrey in a reported £10million deal (The Mail).

Janssen was named in their starting eleven for their Liga MX clash at home to Cafetaleros overnight and helped his side to a comfortable 6-0 victory.

The forward started the scoring in the 34th minute when he found the back of the net from the penalty spot, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way.

His second came in the 86th minute when despite a heavy first touch, he managed to get the ball under control and weave through two defenders to slot the ball home.

He completed his hat-trick with just a minute left to play when the drove into the penalty area and rounded the goalkeeper before finishing with his left foot.
