Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction after their side beat Manchester City 2-0.
The victory takes the North Londoners to the top of the Premier League table ahead of Leicester City who are set to face Liverpool at Anfield tomorrow afternoon.
Jose Mourinho certainly got his tactics spot on with this side displaying an excellent defensive shape to keep a clean sheet and deny City.
Pep Guardiola’s side looked dangerous in the first half and dominated the possession but were unable to make it count with Spurs steadfast with Eric Dier putting in a number of vital blocks.
Heung-min Son put the home side ahead within four minutes and put the game out of City’s reach when Giovani Lo Celso scored with his second touch of the game after coming on as a substitute in the second half.
