“We were outclassed” – Some Spurs fans share their three-word reactions to Chelsea defeat

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been sharing their three word match report with their fellow supporters on social media.

In arguably the most disappointing performance of the season, Spurs failed to turn up against Chelsea.

Jose Mourinho’s side had the motivation that victory against their rivals would have taken them up to fourth place in the Premier Leage table ahead of Christmas.

Instead, it was the Spurs players who were handing out the gifts. Paulo Gazzaniga’s moment of madness seconds before half time cost his side a penalty and allowed Chelsea to go into the break 2-0 up.

Heung-min Son’s petulance saw his side reduced to ten men when he appeared to kick out at Antonio Rudiger in the second half and there was no way back from that moment.

Spurs looked defensively frail, Tammy Abraham bullied the back four and Harry Kane barely had a kick at the other end.

Mourinho has a lot of work to do with this squad. Here’s what some fans had to say.
