The Champions League group stage draw was made in Monaco this evening with Tottenham Hotspur finding themselves drawn in Group B.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will face German giants Bayern Munich along with Olympiakos of Greece and Crvena Zvezda of Serbia.

Tottenham will be looking to go one further than last season when they made it through to the final, only to be beaten 2-0 by Liverpool in Madrid.

Following the draw, a couple of the Spurs squad took to social media to react to who they will take on over the course of the next few months.

One thing Spurs will be looking to put right is their recent form in the competition.  The North London side have lost three of their last four Champions League matches (W1), as many defeats as they’d registered in their previous 18 (W11 D4 L3).

Here’s what the likes of Harry Kane and Toby Alderweireld had to say.
