‘What’s wrong with Tripp’s face’ – Some fans react to players return to training

Members of the Tottenham Hotspur first team have today reported for the first day of pre-season training.

Players were filmed coming through the doors of Hotspur Way after arriving at the training facility to prepare for being put through what will likely be another intensive few weeks of fitness to ready his players for the challenges of the season ahead.

One player who was captured on camera was Kieran Trippier, his face filled with no sign of emotion has caused some supporter to take to social media to react to the footage.

The right back has been heavily linked with a possible move away from North London this summer with Napoli and Juventus both said to be keen on bringing Trippier to Italy for £25million (The Mirror).

Trippier endured a difficult season for Spurs after making a number of high profile defensive mistakes which led to goals being conceded against Arsenal, Chelsea and Ajax.
