Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the team selection for this evening’s match against Manchester City.

Victory in North London lift Jose Mourinho’s side eight points clear of Pep Guardiola’s men and into top spot in the Premier League with Leicester City having to travel to Anfield on Sunday to face current champions, Liverpool.

City will be keen to start gathering momentum after a relatively slow start by their high standards.

Dele Alli was seen arriving with the rest of the squad, but has been left out of Mourinho’s eighteen that could take to the field.

Mourinho has decided to give Steven Bergwijn a start in a front three with Harry Kane and Heung-min Son following the Dutchman’s debut heroics at the turn of the year while Gareth Bale is named on the bench.
