“Why Davies over Rose?” – Some Spurs fans react to Poch’s team vs Barcelona

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction after Ben Davies was named as the starting left back for tonight’s Champions League clash with Barcelona.

Danny Rose has shown glimpses of his peak form this season after a turbulent last campaign and Mauricio Pochettino’s decision to start the Welshman has certainly raised some eyebrows.

Davies has been well below par in the opening dozen games of this season, which is a stark contrast to the promising form he showed last year. The thought of Messi running at Davies fills me full of fear.
