‘Will miss everyone’ – Spurs player takes to Twitter to say goodbye

Tottenham Hotspur brought the curtain down on their Premier League campaign this afternoon.

Jose Mourinho’s side scraped into sixth place following a 1-1 draw courtesy of a Harry Kane goal against Crystal Palace after Wolves who had occupied sixth spot before kick-off lost 2-0 at Chelsea.

One player who has confirmed that he will not be at the club next season following the expiration of his contract is Michel Vorm. The Dutch goalkeeper has taken to Twitter to thank the club for many amazing memories and he will miss everyone at the North London outfit.

Vorm originally left Tottenham last summer after the Champions League final but was asked to return to provide cover after Hugo Lloris suffered a dislocated elbow in the 3-0 defeat at Brighton in October.

The 36-year-old made one appearance this season which came in the FA Cup replay defeat to Norwich City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following a 4-3 loss on penalties (transfermarkt).
