(Video) New Spurs Stadium Update – 16th September

Thankfully we only have 16 Premier League matches left to play at Wembley this season before (if all goes to plan) we move into our new stadium at the start of the 2018/19 campaign.

After beating Borussia Dortmund in the national stadium on Wednesday night, it looked as if the Wembley curse could be over, only for a lacklustre display against Swansea City to bring us crashing back down to earth with a draw.

To keep you updated with weekly new Spurs stadium developments, Spurs super fan Chris Cowlin visited the construction site on Saturday and caught up with some of the workers.

Take a look at how impressive our new ‘Dortmund-style’ south stand is already looking – and only part of the steelwork in in place.  Construction work is taking place 24 hours a day  in order for the stadium to be ready for next season.

  1. God i hope i it’s done on time the journey to Wembley is extreamly arduous infact possibly getting to the point of missing a few games to get relief from the monotony what used to be a two hour trip is getting 3-4 hours with delays roadworks and all that that might not seem long to some but when you have 3 or 4 moaning spurs fans in the car or on the train it’s tiring believe me please mr levy ask them to not have tea breaks lunch hours and double the work force
