Queens Park Rangers have reportedly made a formal offer for Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson.
According to reports the bid is said to be £5.5million with some news outlets even suggesting as high as £10million. Questions were raised about Dawson’s future at Spurs after he was left out of the Spurs side for the 2-1 defeat at Newcastle on Saturday with AVB deciding to start with Kaboul and Gallas, while new signing Vertonghen was named on the bench.
The 28-year-old has been a superb servant for us since he joined from Nottingham Forest but his lack of pace can leave us a bit suspect at the back at times.
It seems as if the deal is at an advanced stage and he could be set to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical at Loftus Road soon.
