Tottenham Hotspur have not made further contact over Real Sociedad’s Asier Riesgo.
The goalkeeper spent time on trial in London earlier this month, but the Spanish club have confirmed that Spurs have not followed up their interest.
“After the trial we were expecting some movement from Spurs, but as of today we have not received a call about the subject,” a Sociedad club source told skysports.com.
Harry Redknapp is keen to bring in an experienced goalkeeper as cover following Carlo Cudicini’s motorcycle accident earlier this year.
