Spurs’ Ledley King hopes to have recovered from a groin injury sooner rather than later.

King has not played since facing Fulham in mid-October and is hoping to be back in action sooner rather than later.

“It has been a bit of a complicated one, not as straightforward as the ones I have had before,” King told Sky Sports News.

“So at the moment there is no time limit but we are hoping (it will be) soon.”
