Kane agrees new £90m 6-year deal at Spurs

According to various media reports Harry Kane has agreed a new six-year deal with Tottenham that could be worth as much as a staggering £90million.

Our star man has had his £100,000-a-week salary doubled and with bonuses his earnings could rise to as much as £15m-a-year, putting him on a par with the best paid players in the Premier League.

An article in The Mail says Daniel Levy has responded to the commitment made by manager Mauricio Pochettino, who only last month agreed a new five-year deal, by now securing the services of the club’s best players as they prepare to move into a new state of the art stadium.

The prolific marksman only signed his last deal in 2016 and it runs until 2022 however Levy recognises the manner in which Kane has risen to become one of Europe’s most prolific strikers.

The article goes on to say that the club are expected to announce Kane’s new deal later on Friday adding that similar such agreements are now expected to follow for other Star names in the squad with Dele Alli also understood to be in talks.

The article in The Mail goes on to say that Pochettino sought assurances that his team would be able to progress and committed to the club with a new contract towards the end of last month.
The Argentinian also turned down the possibility of joining Real Madrid after Zinedine Zidane left the Santiago Bernabeu.
