Tottenham Announce Roux Family Partnership

Just a day after securing a 5 year ‘Facility’ bank loan of £400 million to complete the construction of the new stadium, Tottenham Hotspur have announced a partnership with the Roux family.

In a bid to enhance the customer experience of a premium match-day ticket in Tottenham’s new stadium, Tottenham Hotspur and their official catering partner Levy Restaurants UK have announced a new partnership with the Roux family.

This partnership will seek to reinvent the first-class match-day experience at Spurs, bringing distinguished and acclaimed chefs to redesign unique menus, a ‘Michelin-calibre’ dining experience and a brand new On Four lounge concept.

The club announced the partnership on the official website and explained the On Four concept as follows:

“The On Four concept aims to redefine the premium experience within sports and entertainment, with Michelin-calibre dining available across its range. Guests On Four will also enjoy exceptional surroundings, attentive service and great seats and views to enjoy the match. In short, first-class, redefined.”

“Experiences that can be found On Four include the flagship restaurant and lounge The H Club. With the vision to be the best premium offering at any sports venue, The H Club Members and their guests can select from five different dining experiences: An informal brasserie style experience, exquisite fine dining, the opportunity to dine at the Chef’s Table with their food being prepared on view, the Players’ Table experience where guests can dine alongside legendary former Tottenham Hotspur players and the informal bar food for the occasions where Members would prefer a light option or are short on time.”

The statement also reveals that On Four will include customisable Super Suites that can be personalised by an interior designer to best reflect the individual or brand’s values. Tottenham’s Director of Hospitality Andy O’Sullivan commented:

“We are delighted to be working with Levy Restaurants to bring the Roux family on board to further enhance the first class premium offering we will be making at our new stadium.”

“This is the latest example of the commitment that the Club is showing in delivering what will be London’s best sports and entertainment venue in every aspect from general admission to premium.”

Michael Roux Jr also commented:

“We’re excited to embark on this new venture with Tottenham Hotspur and look forward to delivering our fine dining to their customers On Four.”

“This is the first time we have partnered with a sports stadium and it is marvellous that we will be involved in such an iconic new venue.”

“We have already been involved in the design of the kitchens within the new stadium and look forward to developing our menus for guests to enjoy in The H Club, Super Suites and Loge On Four.”

The new stadium is set to be ready for use by the beginning of the 2018-19 season and the more intricate details we hear about it, the more excited we all grow about seeing this tremendous venue take shape.
