Reports today are claiming that Clint Dempsey is on his way out of Tottenham Hotspur.
The American joined Spurs from Fulham last August in a £6million deal on a three-year contract and after being spotted at San Francisco airport. Rumours on Twitter have linked the 30-year-old with a return to Major League Soccer, speculation increased as he was catching a flight to Seattle.
Considering we have a match in Monaco on Saturday evening, it seems slightly odd why Dempsey would be back in the US. The internet is going into overdrive with speculation of who Dempsey could be heading to, ranging from a MLS team to Everton who are currently in the country.
