The Mirror are reporting this morning that Tottenham are keeping tabs on a 17-year-old striker dubbed ‘the next Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
According to the report, Tottenham sent scouts to watch Valmir Berisha in action for Sweden in the U-17 World Cup in Abu Dhabi and saw him bag a hat-trick against Argentina. He scored seven goals during the tournament which saw Sweden finish third.
Berisha currently plays his football in his native Sweden for Halmstads and is now said to be making sme of Europe’s top clubs sit up and take notice. Somehow, the Mirror claim that we could land him for as little as £500,000.
