’95 per cent’ chance of Negredo move

Alvaro Negredo’s agent has given the strongest hint yet that the striker is heading for England.

The Real Madrid striker has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur and his agent, Juanma Lopez has been quoted as saying the 23-year-old is ’95 per cent’ certain to be playing Premiership football next season.

Spurs have also been linked with a move for fellow Madrid striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, but Stuttgart seem to be leading the chase for the Dutchman.

“There is a 95 per cent chance that Negredo will be moving to the Premier League,” Lopez said.

  1. Mid field is where we need a good strong player, we noticed how poor we played when Wilson had to return home at the end of the season. If he didn’t have to go home without a doubt we would be in Europe next season.

  2. Harry has told Sky Sports he knows absolutley nothing about any deal for Negredo. He also reiterated what he said a few weeks ago.
He will go with the current squad un;ess he can find a player that will improve the team.
So much for al the ITK’s and their dumb blogs

  3. 2 words. Helder Postiga. I’m trying to ignore all this and see what we have on september 1st. I don’t know whats worse every player in the world being linked to us like previous windows or the really quiet time we are having now. The press scratching around trying to link us to young and hunt etc. I’m bored with it all.
