“Back above Arsenal” – Some Spurs fans share their three-word match reports

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been sharing their three word match reports following yesterday’s win against Southampton.

Tottenham bounced back from the disappointing North London derby defeat to Arsenal in the best possible way with all three points at Wembley.

The victory moved Mauricio Pochettino’s men up to third, above their north London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal who both failed to win, while Southampton are 18th and inside the relegation zone.

Harry Kane opened the scoring after nine minutes with a close range effort following a quick corner. After the half time break, Lucas Moura doubled the lead on 51 minutes and it took just a further four minutes for Heung-min Son to make it 3-0.

Spurs skipper Hugo Lloris was in inspired form throughout the game with a string of impressive saves and it was a shame that he did not keep a clean sheet after Saints sub Charlie Austin pulled one back in injury time.

Here’s a selection of Tweets from your fellow Spurs fans.
