Brighton have apparently made a request to the Premier League to have until 1am to be able to negotiate a deal to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen on loan.
The Dutch striker has expressed a desire to play first-team football on a regular basis and following Tottenham’s signing of Fernando Llorente, it is expected that Janssen will see even less action. 3 or 4 minutes towards the end of every game is not good for his development.
A loan move to Brighton could be the perfect opportunity for Janssen to finally prove if he has the quality to cut it in the Premier League.
