Moyes speaks again on Spurs speculation

David Moyes has had no contact from Spurs and is keen to get Everton back into Europe.

The Everton boss faced another barrage of questions linking him to the vacant managerial post at White Hart Lane and once again insisted that he is fully focused on the job at hand at Everton.

In recent days AVB and Laurent Blanc seem to have pushed the ‘Moyes to Spurs’ talk into third place so we shouldn’t expect to see the Scot taking over at Spurs any time soon we predict.  Moyes is currently doubling up his punditry roles with scouting for players at Euro 2012 for the Toffees.

“All I can say is there has been no contact from Spurs” – David Moyes when asked about taking over as possible Spurs boss.”

“There has been no contact and that is how it is. I’m the Everton manager.

“I’m planning, I’m out here (in Poland) having a look at players, talking to my own players and trying to get on with being manager of Everton.

“Behind the scenes me and Bill (Kenwright, the Everton chairman) are trying to get things moving along.”
