The speculation surrounding the future of Simon Kjaer continues after Palermo’s director of football Walter Sabatini admitted that he expects the defender to join Wolfsburg.
Kjaer has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham, but the club moved quickly to deny claims that a double bid had been launched for the Dane and Edson Cavani.
Sabatini told reterete 24: “For Simon Kjaer, there could well be a real deal. I believe that Wolfburg will be his likely destination.”
