Iago Falque has joined Premera Liga promotion hopefuls Almeria on loan until the end of the season
The attacking midfielder joined Spurs in July 2011 on a season-long loan from Juventus and made the deal permanent in January 2012. Falque has been out on loan previously when he joined Southampton when they were top of the Championship this time last year – he made his debut against Leicester City and was replaced at half-time. The 23-year-old failed to make another appearance for the Saints.
Falque’s career at Spurs has been mostly limited to our Europa League exploits.
