Just a quick update on the Thomas Hitzlsperger situation after he was spotted training with Spurs on Tuesday.
The German international left West Ham at the end of last season and speculation was growing on Wednesday after it was revealed he was training with Harry Redknapp’s side.
Hitzlsperger won’t be joining Spurs, instead he will be moving to Wolfsburg.
“I hope to have a successful time with Wolfsburg as the last two years have been very hard for me,” Hitzlsperger is quoted as saying by Bild.
Wolfsburg Felix Magath said: “He is a player who will strengthen us. He has international experience too and so I think Hitzlsperger should be a player who leads the team.”
