Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social media to react to the club’s team selection for today’s match against Newcastle United.

Spurs come into the fixture looking to register their second Premier League win of the season.

After three matches away from home, Jose Mourinho’s side return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

There was no place for Dele in the squad again while Tanguy Ndombele is joined on the bench by new signing Sergio Reguilón, Giovani Lo Celso returns to the starting eleven.

Tottenham have won five of their last six league meetings with Newcastle, although the only exception was in this exact fixture last season when the Magpies won 1-0 courtesy of a rare Joelinton goal.

Newcastle haven’t won both of their first two away games in a single league campaign since 1995-96, when they finished second under Kevin Keegan.
