Jermaine Jenas reveals how he reacted to Man City’s disallowed goal

Manchester City were denied a last-gasp winner by VAR after Tottenham Hotspur snatched a remarkable 2-2 draw against champions Man City at the Etihad.

Substitute Gabriel Jesus thought he had won it, but Aymeric Laporte was ruled to have handballed in the build up.

It was a repeat of the Champions League quarter-final second leg clash in April, with a late winner and celebrations for City, only to be ruled out by the officials.

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jermaine Jenas took to Twitter to share how he reacted to the dramatic last few minutes of the match.

Jenas joked that he went from punching a hole in his sofa to celebrating the overturned decision with a knee slide celebration in his house.

Spurs certainly did not play to their best standard, but will certainly be pleased with the way in which they ground out a result against the current Premier League champions.
