Juan Foyth reveals the striker he would like to see Spurs sign

While the Government guidelines still recommend that people stay at home to protect the NHS and save lives, some footballers have been using the time to hold live Q&A’s on Instagram.

Harry Kane’s discussion with Jamie Redknapp on the social media platform generated plenty of debate when the Spurs forward refused to rule out a North London exit if the club do not meet his future ambitions (Sky Sports).

Juan Foyth, who has become somewhat of a forgotten man among the Spurs ranks caught up with Argentina news outlet TNT Sports on Instagram earlier this week.

The central defender has not featured for Jose Mourinho’s side since December 28th when he was hooked at half time by the Portuguese head coach after gifting Norwich the opening goal in the 2-2 draw at Carrow Road (transfermarkt).

Foyth, who moved to North London from Estudiantes in the summer of 2017 for £8million (Daily Mail) was asked during the interview about which current Estudiantes player would he like to see Spurs sign with 22-year-old nominating Lucas ‘Titi’ Rodriguez.

The striker who came through the academy system at the club with Foyth spent a stint on loan at DC United at the start of 2019 and went on to make 33 appearances in the MLS and only managed to score 6 goals (transfermarkt).

DC decided against making the loan deal permanent with Rodriguez returning to Argentina to resume his career.
