“Kieran f****** Trippier” – Some Spurs fans share their three-word match reports after Palace defeat

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting with their three word match reports following the disappointing FA Cup defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace.

The 2-0 loss at Selhurst Park was Tottenham’s second cup exit in four days following the Carabao Cup semi final second leg loss on penalties to rivals Chelsea.

Tottenham were awarded a penalty of their own when Patrick Van Aanholt brought down defender Juan Foyth, but Kieran Trippier’s effort was embarrassing to say the least and failed to even hit the target and ensured the Eagles took a 2-0 lead into the break.

Mauricio Pochettino left Christian Eriksen out of the squad and they lacked creativity in the final third of the pitch which consisted of Fernando Llorente, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Lucas Moura.

Spurs have now lost three of their last four games in all competitions – as many as in their previous 22 games combined.

Here’s a selection of thoughts from some Spurs fans.
