Former Tottenham Hotspur assistant manager Jesus Perez has shared photos of how Mauricio Pochettino said goodbye to his players.
The Argentine was sacked by chairman Daniel Levy earlier this week after the club’s poor start to the new campaign.
Perez uploaded the photos to his Twitter account showing Pochettino writing an emotional message on the tactics board.
Pochettino and his staff were unable to say farewell to the squad in person, so instead decided to leave a written thank you for them all to see when they arrived at the Hotspur Way training facility on Wednesday.
He was succeeded by former Chelsea and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.
