Tottenham Hotspur right-back Serge Aurier has paid tribute to his father in an Instagram post after he sadly passed away.
Aurier posted a photo of himself alongside his father along with the caption in French ‘Repose en paix dad’ which translates to ‘Rest in peace dad’.
The Ivory Coast international recently suffered a hamstring injury while playing for his country which forced him to miss the Premier League matches against Liverpool and Crystal Palace.
It is not yet known whether Aurier will be fit to face Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday night, especially given his personal circumstance.
