The young Argentine continued his reputation as a consistent, steady and reliable goalkeeper for Tottenham, pulling off a couple of key saves, as well as patrolling his box to good effect. Always willing to come and claim a ball in the air.

Tottenham Hotspur extended their winning streak to three games today after beating Huddersfield Town 2-0 away from home in the Premier League.

Spurs also saw off the likes of Brighton last week, and Watford in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.

Pochettino’s men started the game a little messily, but some regained some sort of composure to see out a relatively comfortable win ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League clash against Barcelona at Wembley.

There were some positives with Harry Kane bagging a brace, Danny Rose finding his form of old and Paulo Gazzaniga keeping his first clean sheet. Although there are worries over the hamstring strain which Jan Vertonghen picked up in the first half.
