Hugo Lloris - 2

Has to be the first one to step forward and take the blame for those dropped points. Yet again he misjudged when to come off his line and when to stay. The red card was the real turning point in the match.

Tottenham’s stumbling Champions League run has ended up in a full blow face plant this evening as the team conceded late on yet again to see the win snatched away from them by PSV.

Spurs were denied all three points in similar fashion at the San Siro after bossing the game against Inter Milan.

Hugo Lloris’ red card proved costly as Luuk de Jong’s late equaliser bit Mauricio Pochettono’s side on the arse.  The Frenchman has had his second nightmare performance in Europe in a row after his early gaffe against Barcelona at Wembley last time out.

Mauricio and his men now need a miracle to turn things around in Europe and realistically need to beat PSV (home), Inter Milan (home) and Barcelona (away) to have any chance of progressing to the knockout stages.

This is how we rated the players on a disappointing night.

  1. How can Dembele get a three!!! We were 2-1 up when he left and as usual when he goes off we collapse. The yellow card was given to him when clearly the replay showed he did not even touch the guy and all the Spurs players thought the call was for the hand ball the player made while stumbling to the ground. Dembele was not brilliant but certainly was steady, never or rarely gave the ball away. The referee was garbage but dont knock Dembeles performance he was a 6.5 at worst !!!!
