Predicted Tottenham XI to face Ajax this evening; attack, attack, attack

Tottenham Hotspur face Ajax this evening in the club’s biggest game in a generation.

A place in the final of the Champions League is on the line for the winner, who will face Liverpool in Madrid on May 1st.

Mauricio Pochettino is boosted by the return of Heung-min Son following his one-match European suspension and the South Korean will provide a much needed attacking outlet which was severely lacking in the first leg.

Spurs are once again without their talisman Harry Kane who is still recovering from his ankle injury, but has made the trip to Amsterdam to support his team-mates, along with defender Davinson Sanchez who has a thigh problem. Also absent are Harry Winks and Serge Aurier.

After going down to a Donny van Beek strike in the 15th minute in the first leg at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Spurs need to overturn the 1-0 defeat if they are to continue their European dream.

Here’s the starting XI that we think Pochettino will start with this evening.

Trippier Alderweireld Vertonghen Rose

Sissoko Wanyama

Dele Eriksen Lucas
