Report: Spurs are one of ten club’s keen to sign 15-goal forward

CSKA Moscow striker Fedor Chalov looks set to be a man in demand this summer.

The 21-year-old has made some of European football’s biggest clubs sit up and take notice after an impressive season in his homeland.

Chalov finished the campaign as the top scorer in the Russian Premier League with fifteen goals whilst also providing seven assists.

The Mirror report that Tottenham Hotspur are one of the many clubs who are keen on Chalov and are joined by Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Sevilla and Monaco.

The forward has been at CSKA since joining the club as an eight-year-old and has risen through the academy to shine in the first team and now carries a price tag of £20million.

Tottenham have struggled in recent years to recruit a forward who can help Harry Kane put the ball in the back of the net with Vincent Janssen and Roberto Soldado both failing while at 34, Fernando Llorente’s best years are behind him.

The report claims that Chalov is looking to play regularly if he is to leave CSKA which is something that will prove to be difficult when you have Harry Kane in your squad.
